Food is my southern comfort. I am a true southern girl at heart cooking finger licking home cooked meals for friends, family and clients for over twenty years. I have been catering for over ten years for events ranging from elegant weddings to good old fashioned barbeque feasts. My specialty meal of choice includes a fragrant and mouthwatering herb crusted roast, parslied tender, new potatoes and sweet green bundles. The most requested meal from my clients though is barbequing their meat of choice using my signature home made BBQ sauce.
